Nov. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, Alice Rivlin, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, Mohamed El-Erian, chief executive officer of Pacific Investment Management Co., and Peter Orszag, former director of the Office of Management and Budget, talk about outlook for action to avert a so-called U.S. fiscal cliff following the election of President Barack Obama to a second term.
