Nov. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Tom Kerridge, chef at The Hand & Flowers pub, on the outskirts of Marlow, west of London, is the only landlord to hold two Michelin stars. The accolade sets the inn alongside Noma, in Copenhagen, the establishment that has held the title of World’s Best Restaurant for the past three years.
